The Savvy Survivors Guide to the Art of the Empty Suitcase

Even though the girl read too many romance novels.

And got tricked into turning off lights

She remained un-damaged.

With an empty suitcase.

Having tried the cumbersome approach:

Overfilled bags and weighty souvenir collections.

The girl quickly learned about the speed...

Of going nowhere.

So she stopped reading romance novels.

And began to unpack.

Dumping all her luggage on the floor.

The girl sat, the girl sorted…

The girl. Gave it all away.

With a newly lightened load the girl, found a pleasure.

Being nowhere with empty hands…

Was much nicer than “going” nowhere with a heavy load.

And she adjusted the lights to autopilot.

This is a love story folks.
