OFF THE PAGE

poem fell off page again
pfft...
(typical poem)
it means...
well,
what it means is...
I'm on call
day
&
night
could
be
PAGED
any time-
whatsoever
must always
arrive
prepared
for
anything;
which basically means
prepared for nothing
and
everything.
of
course.

  2. all the best art
creeps in like a thief in the dark,
slinks its way through the dead of night,
    and jumps upon the page,
    sometimes in delight...
    sometimes in fright...

    Courage to sit in silence
    fomenting moments
    bound by the void
    watching upon that shoreline
    for one flicker
    one pin prick of light
    then in a flash
    it springs upon the page
from out the dead of winter
and we wonder why we ever doubted at all.

  3. Ms. Akka B ... i presented a blog of substance award to you over at FatScribe. It's not the Nobel or Pulitzer prize of poetry. Just a bit of recognition ...
