In the wake of moon

Governess of the great swell...
You ask me to trust the fill and release
Emptying being as important as filling - you repeat
(Even though the refilling receives all cheer)
And the emptying is only an illusion
And the light takes its direction from sun

But the governess must know how to hold it; still
The emptying and refill

She lets her body be perfect example
How to glow and remain the same
How to fade and remain the same
How to kiss the undeviating cycle - of beauty all the same

In the temple of full and empty
I remain

  1. Amazing poem about the mysterious moonlady. I was born under the full moon in the sign of Moonchild, so I love her wildly. Thanks for sharing this. xo
